    Any decent builder should be able to build a Victorian home if you give him a good set of blueprints to work from.

    A true Victorian style home will not be available in any ‘manufactured form’. Such homes are too complex to be hauled down a highway. You might see certain parts factory prepared, but the home, as a whole, will be generally built on site.

    Victorian homes tend to be 3 stories tall. If you were even trying to manufacture that in a factory, it would be impossible to bring that to a site due to power lines, that would be blocking the way. This is why they have to be designed by an architect, and built with contractor on site.
