Go to Dukewood .com they make them to your specifications and have some very reasonable reduced prices to suite all pockets . They are excellent and is an investment . I ordered a Davenport [£400] and four small tables [£250] and are very very pleased at the super quality .

You can try to go to car boot sale – you’ll be amazed by the number of people who sell perfectly fine and even sometimes incredibly pricey objects and upholstery there!

Also going to secondhand trade can be worth as they do not always overcharge as antique dealers do!

Then as the other mention the like of craigslist and gumtree can be worth having a look at.

    Good luck!

Definately go to an antiques auction house. They sell most things from Victorian, Edwardian to modern furniture and household effects.
