victorian houseswhat is the round part of a Victorian home called? victorian houses

Question by corrina e: what is the round part of a Victorian home called?
You don’t see it in all of the Victorian homes but I was just curious of what the specific name is for it. (normally a part of the house and has a point on the top) I wish I could describe it better.
It’s normally as tall as the house itself

I’ve heard it called both a tower and a turret.
