Come inside this lovely Mansard Victorian in Belvedere. The house stands high on a hill up and away from the road which lends to its grand and imposing stature. The front-to-back living room is enormous and showcases a gorgeous oversized fireplace, french doors, bay window, and high ceilings. The french doors in the living room lead into the dining room which is a nice large size, continues the lovely hardwood floors and has period wainscoting at the chairrail. This grand lady boasts several lovely original details that add to the charm and character of the house: gorgeous bay windows on the first and second floor at the front of the house, an old wrought iron widow’s walk on the roof, an original butler’s pantry with cabinets galore, a wonderful unusual sunroom with windows...

This fanciful gingerbread house looks as if it fell right out of a child’s fairytale book and landed atop Christian Hill in Lowell. It boasts gingerbread galore, a million windows with lovely pediments, a fanciful gable, a lovely turret and a big back farmers porch. It has a big lot for Lowell – nearly 10,000 square feet and lovely trees. There are many fireplaces or decorative mantles through-out the house. One of my favorite features are the secret cubby closets and drawers that are built into the walls between the rooms. The rooms feature bold paint colors, high ceilings with crown molding and ceiling medallions, hardwood floors, parquet floors, and sometimes carpet. Bedrooms are carpeted. The original servent stairs from the kitchen are intact! The kitchen features...

Any number quoted to you ..sight unseen is a number pulled from he air. Get estimates. 3of them… from qualified people. They will give you the best guesstimate. Older Victorians need alot...

It is a wood frame house, that was renovated in the late 40s into 10 small apartments.
