Okay, so my budget is pretty much unlimited, although I wont use ridiculously expensive fabrics (like $10 a yard is the most). I am extremely competent with a sewing machine and can make pretty much anything if I set my heart to it. Okay, so I want to make a victorian costume for Halloween.
