Question by pallison123: Anyone know roughly the cost of renovating a 30 room, 10 bath, three story Victorian in Alameda, California? It is a wood frame house, that was renovated in the late 40s into 10 small apartments. Question by s3xY: I have heard of concept restaurants, but has anyone hear of a concept hotel?
