I have heard of concept restaurants, but has anyone hear of a concept hotel? For e.g a ghost hotel…?

that would be cool…Where you have a eerie old looking mansion( Victorian style )…graveyards place in front of the house… and a frankenstein monster as your receptionist…:)…The inside of the house and the rooms will then be decorated with cobwebs, skulls bones, and old paintings for decorative purposes…
something like this:

Another nice concept is a pirate hotel…where the hotel will literally be shaped as a pirate ship…Captain Jack Sparrow
greets you on the deck and takes you to your rooms…a robotic parrot squeaking “pieces of eight”…cool…

Those do sound like cool ideas. Especially the pirate ship. The ghost hotel would probably get it’s main business just around Halloween (though I could be wrong). A hotel shaped like a ship would probably draw a big crowd. There was a show on here while back that had a bunch of different shaped buildings (like a ketchup bottle or goose), and people would actually come from other countries just to see them.
Copying the ship after Pirates of the Caribbean could cause some copyright issues though, and cost more money if you had to pay royalities. Might be better just to have a more generic pirate ship and characters. But boy, would that be an expensive thing to build. Know any multi-millionaires that would be willing to help bulid those things and not just steal your idea for themselves? If you do and it gets done, let me know. I wanna go to both those hotels. ;)
