Question by GetMeTheBigKnife: I have a house to sell and need advice?
I have a house in city limits and it sits at a site where developers will but-out properties…eventually. While the neighborhood has turned into a slum and I have retreated to a rural cottage property – the house has fell into ruin, but is subject to buyout, but I am sick of waiting – what are my options for a buyer? Are there people out there who scoop up properties to wait on the buy-out ant 1 1/2 times the value? The assessed value I fought to have raised after the city lowered it by ,000.00! I still pay a mortgage and would sell at what I owe – mid ,000.00 – 2 1/2 victorian beautiful interior – needs some restoration, some major, but a handy man could handle it.

List it yourself and try to sell it that way. If that fails you can always seek the assist of a realtor.
