I am trying to find the water shut off valve on a patriot manufacture home built in 2000, Victorian model?

I need to find out where the water shut off valve is. I do not have a pump house.

where is the water coming from ? city, well? county water /
its usually under the trailer, or at a valve cap [metal plate in yard]

should be one where the water enters the trailer, also the water heater has one as do all the fixtures
