is it possible to change the door handle on the inside to a victorian door knob while keeping the other new door handle on the outside? can the inside of the door be changed to look like a door from the turn of the 20th Century while keeping the 21st century outside door?

There are fiberglass door panels you can glue on your interior door. You can also use trim work that you paint.

As far as the knob..you would need to bring your door Assembly to a hardware shop and most likely purchase a knob set that utilizes the same size spindle on the interior.
