This fanciful gingerbread house looks as if it fell right out of a child’s fairytale book and landed atop Christian Hill in Lowell. It boasts gingerbread galore, a million windows with lovely pediments, a fanciful gable, a lovely turret and a big back farmers porch. It has a big lot for Lowell – nearly 10,000 square feet and lovely trees. There are many fireplaces or decorative mantles through-out the house. One of my favorite features are the secret cubby closets and drawers that are built into the walls between the rooms. The rooms feature bold paint colors, high ceilings with crown molding and ceiling medallions, hardwood floors, parquet floors, and sometimes carpet. Bedrooms are carpeted.
